What a fantastic experience I had today at this store. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with my computer! Walked in with it not working, walked out with it working! Lovely staff to deal with and would highly recommend for all your computing repair needs!

They are definitely some of the best in the buissnes in this area. I had some overheating issues and turned out just to be bad air flow and old thermal paste. Anyways they turnt my fans around and put new paste in for pretty cheap price if I do say so myself. Then on pick up day I got it home and was little worried so may of installed some crap software(MSI after burner) to watch my temps witch gave me more problems. Anyways I took it back in stressing he deleted all the unnecessary stuff retested it and gave me a better insight on what the tech these days are actually capable of and that I don't need to monitor it like that. 10/10 recommend for any problem internal or external.

Great guys that helped sort out my PC problems. They did tests to diagnose the problems free of charge, and then worked to source and install replacement parts for me. Would definitely go back to them in future for new components and repairs.

I contacted Daniel about getting my pc completely rebuilt, in a new case using all the new and older parts I had in a short time frame (in less than 2 days). With most other places quoting they needed the PC for approximately a week. #1 Computer Shop was able to complete it within a day with an amazing quality finish for an affordable price compared to other places. Daniel also had great customer service, being happy to listen and help answer all my queries. Again thank you Daniel and team.

Wonderful customer service - walked in with no appointment and was immediately seen by Daniel. Fixed my computer in less than half an hour at no cost. Answered all my questions on what can be done in the future to improve my computer. Will definitely be back once I decide what to do next. A great computer shop in Ipswich!

Last minute Computer crisis with the hard drive dying dropped off at 4pm had a new drive installed, windows set up and back on the road by 10 am the next day. Great prices, great service. You dont need to look anywhere else for a awesome go to PC shop. Strongly recommended! Thank you guys!

This guy is always the best when it comes to customer service. I've never had any problems with getting anything sorted out for my computer and they are always quick, fast and really transparent with everything. For example, I needed to get a battery replacement done and they were able to get it sorted within 5 minutes on the spot which is amazing. And the shop is honest. For example, one time they accidentally broke my laptop during an inspection, and free of charge gave me a repair to fix that which I really appreciate for them owning up to their mistakes. Overall, I just can't recommend this shop enough for it's honesty, transparency and chill attitude the owners have. You'll feel like you're in safe hands.

Thanks again to the dude that helped me out even if it was a simple thing like a single stick of ram not sitting right, I am also thankful of him not charging me even when i was prepared to pay for the trouble. They do great work staff are awesome and doing cool work for the community
